The US Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a recall on May 15, 2008 of Tumble Tower Infant Rattles. Manhatton Toy is voluntarily recalling these rattles after receiving two reports of the plastic end cap breaking, creating a choking hazard.
Parents should take these rattles away from their children.
