The Consumer Products Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of the Adventure Play Sets and Create N Adventure Wooden Play Sets on June 10, 2008. These swing sets were distributed by Backyard Leisure LLC and were sold at Wal-Mart and Toys R Us between January 2008 and May 2008.
These swing sets are being recalled due to a fall hazard. Hangers holding the chains for the gliders can break, causing a child to fall and suffer injuries. Parents should immediately remove the gliders from these swing sets and contact Backyard Leisure to receive free replacement glider hangers and repair instructions.
